Strength Spotting - Learn to Lead using Employee Strengths as a Basis

If you are a department head or team leader, the R2 Profiling Assessment tool helps you to firstly, identify your own strengths and secondly, to spot the strengths in your teams.

The better you are at spotting strengths in your teams, the better you will be at getting the most out of those you lead, as you can draw upon their areas of strength and passion.

By participating in the study, you will receive:

1. A free R2 Profile Assessment.
2. A free follow-up consultation with strength spotting specialist, Jodi Martin, from Loboh Enterprises Pty Ltd.
Jodi has over 20 years experience in team leading and change management.
3. Access to the results of the study.
4. Access to ongoing support throughout the study.

To be eligible to participate you need to be:

1. A team leader or department head based in Australia, with a minimum of 10 people in your team.
2. Committed to completing the study in the next six months.
3. Willing and able to commit time to have a one-to-one consultation with Jodi Martin, to learn how to strength spot and receive feedback on your profiler results.
4. Be willing to provide feedback during the six month study and to potentially revisit in 2020 to track progress.
